Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower Rice is an easy to make replacement for white and brown rice.  I decided to make a video tutorial showinf how to make this yummy side dish. This is my first attempt at using iMovie, so it pretty simple but to the point.  I want to thank my husband for helping my with all the technology.  I would also like to apologize for my lack of manicure, Ryan reminded me several times how bad it looked, but what can I do? Maybe one day I will get really good at photoshop and can go back and fix it.  I will almost never watch a video more than 2 minutes (unless its Jimmy Fallon, he is one funny man) and I suspect most people feel the same way so my video is 1 minute long. If you have a minute please watch my video: Cauliflower Rice

What you will need:

Cauliflower: Half a head was enough for my whole family for one meal

Food Processor

Sesame oil:  olive or coconut oil will work too

Satué pan

How to do it:

Cut the cauliflower into manageable size pieces and place in food processor. Pulse 15-20 times until its nice and small (you know like rice size pieces).

Microwave for 2.5 minutes, to begin softening up.  You can skip the microwave but it will just take longer to finish it up.

Transfer to a hot pan with the sesame oil and sauté until all the way tender.

Plate, serve, and Enjoy
