Wholly Turkey leftovers, I made 2 turkeys for a dinner we hosted and we didn’t even carve the second one. So guess what we are eating this week. We have been munching on it all weekend and I will freeze a lot for future use. I felt like Bubba from Forest Gump when making my meal plan last night: Turkey Soup, Turkey Tacos, Turkey Gumbo, Turkey Turkey Turkey.
I also ate myself sick this weekend. I don’t really ever have dairy, bread, or a lot of sugar. So for Thanksgiving I had all of that (pumpkin pie and mac and cheese for every meal since Friday) and a lot of wine! Surprisingly I felt like ass last night. This week I am going to really focus on eating clean and trying to reset my system.

Monday: Turkey Vegetable Soup
Tuesday: Stir Fry with Cauliflower Rice
Wednesday: Steak Rolls w/ sweet potatoes and Roasted Broccoli
Thursday: Crockpot BBQ Pork and Baked Potatoes
Friday: Salmon with Avocado Salsa with Asparagus
